Here at CBI, we are using OCT to track the development and treatment of bleomycin-induced dermal fibrosis. The OCT has proved to be highly accurate and sensitive, able to reliably assess small and large changes in the development of fibrosis in the dermis of rodents administered bleomycin. Contact us for more information, photographs, OCT images and data validation!
